Barry: I wanted to respond to your last e/m about Circle K and your family. Over the years, I remember the happenings of you and Marj and your family. I have been divorced in 1989 and 1999 and became estranged from my son Chris, now 38, when I caught him stealing from our family business. I have NOT experienced what you have and always knew you as a Very Strong and Christian man. You folks will ALL be in my prayers. I am a Deacon in my UCC church as I had been for 30 years in my church in PA. After being shot down 3 times in Viet Nam in 1969-70, my whole outlook in life changed. There is not a day I wake up that I don’t thank “The Big Guy in the Sky” for giving me another day on earth. I have applied for Agent Orange benefits having been exposed in DaNang and have had 4 kidney operations since. If denied, that is what is meant to be.
I know you are busy and people are buying homes now, not selling. I bought 2 new condos on the water here. One was $428,000…..bought for $150,00 (never lived in) and a second fully furnished for $106,000 , was $228,000. Hopefully for rental income and future growth.
